Hi All,
First of all, i am not sure if this question has already been answered but i have searched and return me with no result.
I have a quick question. My OPT is expiring at the end of this month and I've already sent all my documents to the Lawyer appointed by the company I am working on. I have been working with this company, BIG 4 Consulting Firm, for about 10 Months now. I was wondering how much is the approval rate for applying H1B at the first time. One more question, I don't really wanna go back to my home country upon approval of my H1B, can i change my status back to F-1 to maintain status eligibility or is there anything else i can do to stay LEGALLY in the US ?
