and hence the employer requested a duplicate approval.
we got the duplicate approval notice, but in that beneficiary name is missing from the top potion of the approval, is this a mistake? [ although the name appears at the bottom, along with the consulate name]
The approval notice is subject to consular processing. [ since he cannot adjust his status, due to expired F1 OPT]
Second question, this person A received another offer another company, can he file for a transfer already now? or does he need to go to India, and get it stamped, come here and only then can the new employer file for transfer of H1.
