H1B appointment query

Hello friends,

I am new to this forum. I have got an offer in US. The company will be processing my H1B visa. They have sent me EAC number and validity date.
They are asking me to fix an appointment at Mumbai Consulate.

Could you please let me know the procedure for fixing an appointment. Also it would be very helpful if you could tell me the amount which I need to pay for the same and documents required for it.
