Hi
I applied for H1B visa in London.
I was given 221(g) form stating that i need to apply in india.
I was told by the consular officer that all the verifications are done and they could not do the educational evaluation there.
It is also stated that if i reapply within 12 months of date of refusal in need to pay a second visa application fee.
Could any one of you guide me on how to apply in india.
Because in VFS site the scheduling is done only if i provide the bar code of the payment done in hdfc bank, in india.
Your help in this will be highly appreciated.
