I know a little about H1B. My situation is that I am holding TN visa now and have my I-140 approved. My TN visa expires 06/2007. I like to apply H1B before my TN expires. My Q's are:
When I can I file I-129 for H1B? Due to Quota issue, Do I have to wait until some time next year to file or I can file right now?
