I've a AP ,H1B good for about almost 3yrs. I have to travel
home. Due to many reasons I would like avoid H1B visa stamping.
I found from various sources that I can re enter with AP and still be
on H1B. I heard that with parole they give 1 year or I-94 on reentry. Do I need to do anything after that I-94 expires?
I would like to know what you folks think about it. Is it safe to do it?
After I re enter to states can I goto mexico or canada to restamp the H1b?
