H1B and AP.

I have filed my GC I-485, I-140, and APO thru company "XYZ", but I am working for company "ABC" and my H1B with ABC is valid until Nov'2005. I will complete my 6 years by 11/2005. If I go to India in June'2005 while coming back to USA can I use AP and can I continue working for "ABC" company with valid H1B(With out stamping)? Can I continue working for "ABC" without joining "XYZ" and continue my GC Process with "XYZ"?

Any experience or advice would be appreciated

Yes, even after entering on AP, you can still keep working on H1 and file for H1 extensions. And yes, you can keep working for "ABC" and continue your AOS with "XYZ". The only thing in INTENT to work for "XYZ". If you or "XYZ" get any RFE, you will have to prove intent and bonefide job offer from XYZ.
