H1B after spending 1 year outside USA

Hi:
I worked in USA in H1B for 6 years and returned
last year. After that I went to USA again for 3
months in B1 visa. My question is -
will these 3 months be included in the 1 year period for which
someone has to stay outside USA after completing 6 years and before
applying for H1B again? Or now I have to stay outside USA
1 years after I came back from USA in B1 visa?
