My wife is currenly on H1B. She changed from H4 to H1 in America. So there is no H1 stamping in the passport. Also her derivative adjustment of status is pending. She needs to go to another country for academic purpose.
If she uses the AP (adavance parole) to re-enter US, does she lose her H1B status.
