My H1B is expiring in about a month. I changed jobs through H-H and the H1 transfer application (pending) has a RD of 9/16/02 (I-485 pending). Any feedback will be helpful.

What is the status of H1 is it expiring 6yr cap or just current H1 is expiring?
But if you have receipt notice of H1 then you are OK, you can work on H1 receipt.
Do you have EDA? I doubt.
So apply EAD ASAP if you can and have it for emergencies like this.
