H1B 8th year extension...Advice needed...Please Help

Hi All

Please advise me on the following situation:

7th year extension (based on pending labor) is about to expire in 2 months (april 2004).
Applying for I-140/I-485 applications thru labor substitution.
hOW DO i GO ABOUT FILING 8TH YEAR EXTENSION?
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED AND is there any special process?

Hi
I did the 7 year on the basis of Labour Subst and it got approved and also got it stamped from india. I think(Not very sure) 8 year extension would be very similar to that. Other than all the required document which you normally send you may have to include the I-140 receipt. Please make sure that the LC which you are using was filed atleast 1 year ago.
