H1b 7th yr ext-screen shot from dol

could you guys help me to get screenshot from dol,i sent mail to dol almost 45 days back .they didn't respond sofar.i used my personal email id(is this any problem in getting scrren shot??).
i'm just 3 months left on my h1b.It's time to file 7th yr ext.i don't have any proof that my case is pending 365 days in backlog center.Either employer or lawyer are not cooperating to give details.

H1B process is belong to your employer, not you. If they don't do that, I think it is time to pack or switch employer And let the new employer deals with that.
