H1B 7th year - Visa Revalidation in India

Hi,
My H1B has been extended for the 7th year and is valid until May 1, 2010.
I'm planning to go to India in August and need to revalidate my Visa.
1) What documents do I need to take?
2) How safe it is to go for stamping especially when you are in 7th year?

Just take you approval Notice for H1-B, a letter from employer saying that you are working with them, coupl of pay stub and a smiling face
