All. Please help.
My current 7th year H1 is based on my pending I-140 (sub labor EB3). Will my H1 become invalid if my I-140 gets rejected? or can I stay for remaining time on my approved H1.
What are my options then?
One of the attorneys said my H1 becomes invalid if I-140 is denied and I have 30 days to leave the country.
But I also heard from a different person that I can stay for the remaining period on my approved 7th year H1.
I'm not sure what the right answer is. Please help guys.
Thanks for your inputs as always.

Hi,

A month ago, one of my friend was in your situation. According to his lawyer you can continue your visa status (assuming your AP denied!) and appeal for I140. If education was the main reason your 140 got denied, then most likely you will get 140 approved in 2-3 weeks. PM me if you need more help. Thanks
