History:
GG Labor was mistakenly closed at Dallas BEC. In the meantime I applied for for 7th year H1B Extension on 18Aug05 in Nebraska SC with OH SWA state labour approved copy for pening GC. But as per new requirment, we are supposed to attach the screenshot from BEC.. This was not done
Status : Current H1B expires on 13Jan06. But I have an additional valid H1B period of 5months ( of the reminder of 6 year )
Actions: Attorney says He try to reopen the GC labour case in 3-4 weeks . By then RFE will be issued for H1B which can be safely addressed.
Questions
1. Does Nebraska approve 7th year extension with only the state labour copy and with out scren shot?
2.After RFE how many days it will take for H1B approval?
3. Will USCIS approve 5months of reminder of 6years with out waiting for RFE Screenshort evidence for the 7th year?
