Dear Friends,
I am planning to go to India next week for H1B visa stamping at New Delhi Consulate.
I am on 7th year extension.
I filed my LC in OCT 2001.
I am stuck with BEC, they are not giving any screen shots or anything or any reply.
I got my 7th year extension with USCIS
1)copy of filed 750
2)FEDEX proof reciept of LC applied
3)Email between DOL
But I dont have any CASE # or anything, even though my LC was filed long time ago.
Let me know if this enough or going to India right now for visa stamping is dangerous.
