MY wife is thinking of applying for 7th year extension of H1B visa. Followed is some related informtion.
1. Both me and my wife are H1B holders, I applied I140 last June as primary petitioner. I485 for both me and my wife were filed this January with the ND of 1/25/2005.
2. My wife's H1B visa will expire next October (2006).
3. She is working for Company X, the contract will end in next June (2006). She already got offer from Company Y starting from next July (2006).
OUr questions:
Q1. is my wife eligible to apply for the 7th year extension?
Q2. if anser for Q1 is "yes", when can she start to apply?
Q3. Can you provide some related information/thread for document preparation of 7th year extension (please note that she will change her job 3 month before 6-year expire)?
