Hi,
I submitted I129 to get 7th year extension on 3/19/2004. Currently the website that TSC is processing cases received Jun 7th 2004. Lawyer sent a letter to inquiere about the case on Aug, 1sth 2004 and still no response. I tried to call the customer service number and they told me that only my employer or the lawyer can inquire about the case.
Lawyer said it can take up to 45 days for them to reply for the letter. 45 days coming up soon, can anybody advise what to do after that? By the time this issue is resolved it might be time to apply for another extension.
Please advise on how to proceed, should I contact my congress person?
