My H1B status reached the 6-year limit in March 2024. I returned to my home country, India, a month in February 2024, and as of today it has been 365 days since my Perm approval process began. I intend to apply for a 7th-year extension via premium processing this week. I also plan to travel to Europe for 3 months starting next week.
Is it feasible to undergo consular processing at a US consulate in Europe, obtain my visa stamp, and then travel to the USA?
