h1b 6th year reaching, change of employer

Hello

My h1b 6th year is reaching,I have 4 months of vacation. I know I can claim this vacation with my current employer,
Is it possible to apply for h1 transfer and claim my vacation with new employer if I apply for h1 transfer

Note: My LC is not filed.
