My case is little big confusing . So i've given the actual duration also.
*Got my first H1B stamped at chennai (valid for 3 yrs) feb 1997
*While coming back to chennai on vacation from U.S, got my visa revalidated may 2000.
*Came back to India for good around sep 2001. But employer still wanted to use my services. So my company allowed me to work from India giving me regular U.S pay cheks. This continued till march 2003. Meanwhile my H-1 expired around june 2002 .
* I've got my new H-1B approved now which was filed by a consulting company in the U.S . And i'm planning to go for stamping at chennai consulate soon.
What sort of questions should I expect?
