Hello everybody,
I am in a situation where I have not applied for a green card yet and am pretty sure I do not want to stay over. My 6 years on H1B visa are coming to an end in near future.
However, I am planning to join a multinatinonal company in India once I go back. Now, since you all know these companies do send you out of the country sometimes.
My question is that can I enter the US again on any other visa other than H1B if it is required by my company for me to travel to US for any work.
I know the rule that in order to reset my H1B tenure counter, I will have to be out of the country for one year. But can I then re-enter the country on any other visa type.
Your anwers would be highly appreciated.
