H1B - 221g - letter from Client - Chennai Consulate

Hello

Last week I had been to Chennai consulate for H1B stamping.
I got a 221g asking for a letter from the client (AAA) saying that I'll be working for such and such project and the duration of the project. Now AAA is not ready to give the letter, even after my consultant talked to them.

Now I have got another client(BBB), who is ready to give the letter. Is it okay if I return to the consulate with the letter from BBB. Will the consulate accept this. OR will I get another 221G???

Pls guide.

Thanks

Hi friends,

Im still waiting for my consulatnt to send documents.

I think its mandatory to carry client contact information and
3. Original Letter from the client supervisor (client, if applicable).

4. Contract letter between your company and client (client, if applicable).
Also include 'Third Party' Contract, if applicable.

9. Detailed project description (include project manager contact info, team lead info
and all the team members). Project duration - start date and end date.

10.Letter addressed to the US Consulate from your company explaining how will the company pay you and your co-workers for atleast next 12 months (Assuming company do not have any projects lined up).

11. List of all clients of the employer .

If you have all these documents its 100 % sure to get your visa stamped.

Regards,
Revathi
