Dear Friends,

I came to India after applying for I-140 and I-485. I arrived here on Sep 12th.

My application received by the USCIS for I-140 and I-485 on Sep 14th.
I-140 appoved on Dec 12th
AP approved on Sep 29th

I applied for H1b and kept under pending under 221g.

My question is Can I use my AP to enter US even though I exited out of USA on Sep 12th and AP got approved on Sep 29th. My H1b application is pending at chennai Consulate applied on Oct 12th. I have been waiting for 3 months and so far no response. My passport is also with the consulate.

Please advise.
 
I believe that u have to be in USA while ur AP is approved. I would say, coming in H1 is better option.
