Hi All,

My company applied for H1B 1st extension (Premium processes) for me, but I got my I129 for 7 years instead of 6 years, and I am going to India on Vocation and taken Appointment for stamping. Can any one please advise me what I should have to do?

Thanks,

You have file an ammend with correct dates. If USCIS finds out that mistake and you do not inform them about it. They will consider this as illegal staying.
In case if you plan to apply for green card it may cause serius problems for you.

File premium processing for $1000 to get faster resolution.
