H1B 140 confusion!!!!!

if i get my 140 approved from company A and my H1B 6th year expires. so then i get 3 year extension coz i can't file 485......If i switch to company B now can i transfer my H1B (7th year) and priority date with me and file for a new labor based on that?????
please help
