Dear H1 Gurus,

Can anyone shed some light on the following,
I have a job offer from an employer who has about $ 5 million turnover per year. This employer has already sponsored some one for H1 last year. Now is this going to create a problem if he is to sponsor again for me ?
What is the possibility of H1 getting approved.
Any suggestions and any good attorney who can handle a case like this ?

Why do you think there will be problem ?

As far as the company is good and regularly pay tax i.e if company is not blacklisted, it can sponsor.

Does one have to have a valid visa or if B2 visa is in extension process is that also fine ?
