Company "A" holds my H1B Visa. Company "B" is a fully owned subsidiary of Company "A". My LC from Company "A" is pending since June 2002 in the state of NY. Company "B" recently got acquired by Company "C". I continue to work with Company "C" now because of the acquisition. Would MY GC process still continue? Can I still apply for my 7th year extension once my 6 years will be completed? My 6th year will be completed in October 2004. Please advise. Thank you!!!
