Does withdrawing an H1 petition have a negative impact on immigration record.Currently I'm on H1 with company A & I have to get my I94 extended so I have file I-129.Also company B has applied for new H1 requiring me to go out of US & get stamped once it gets approved.Company B filed a new H1 coz I didnt had current paystubs for quite a long time.So if I ask company B to withdraw petition will it affect the extension from company A or future immigration benefits.
