I'm planning to apply for H1 through a consulting company in US with a Bachelors and 1 yr experience in software. Is there a minimum experience that is required to apply for H1 while having bachelors degree? Plz share ur thoughts and lemme konw if it is safe to go forward as it is expensive. Thanks.
