H1 Will expire in 19 months -- would like GC proc -- Need advice

Hi,

My H1-B expiring in an other 19 months and my current employer is not willing to file for GC.

Needed advice on "What are the best options available for me"

Find a new employer. Although, it is quite likely that with the US unemployment rate for professionals, the requirements to continue processing for you will not be met and you will need to return home anyway.
