I would like to know if the time taken for issuing the H1-VISA depends on the skill or the field of job?
For example:
1. Would a H1-VISA application for a Dental Assitant be processed faster than for a Programmer or someone related to IT field?
2. Would the Labour clearance (both State and Federal) be faster for a dental assistant than a IT professional?
