I have doubt about the H1 Visa,
I worked for the comp A and my H1 is valid till May 2002.
After that I get the transferd H1 the Comp B. New h1t visa is valid July,2003. I start working for the comp b in Nov 2000. In my I-94 have the Viald date july 2003 as i traved india in dec 2000 nad show the new H1 at POE. and get laid off in march 2001.
Then I joined comp A again in May 2001. and my wife also have the in July 2003 at her I-94.
i mean, what is status of my mine right now?
Now comp A is filied my H1 extension as it is going to expire in may 2002.
once i get the new extension, i have to fly india in june and get the new Stamping on my apssport.
Is Delhi consulate give any trouble in stamping?
