Hi ,
I have some questions.
Last motnh i applied for the Tn Visa as a Computer System Analyst at the Buffalo Border and they rejected me and told me that i did'nt meet the minimum requirements.and gave me I-94 form and send that i could apply through this by giving to my employer and they said were not sponsoring.
Now another company is going to file an H1 visa next month . Would it effect to get the H1 visa after rejection of TN visa.And how long it takes to get the visa and i can get start to work in States.
My qualification is i hava a Bachelor Degree of Computer Application(3 year programme) and one diploma in Information Technology (2 year) from IndiaIm also a Canadian Citizen .
So please help me out
