I have my H1b visa stamped since Oct 2004 until Oct 2005. I got to the States in January and I just started to work.
I signed a 1 year contract with my H1B visa sponsor. Do I have to wait until my contract expires to transfer? Can I transfer before that?
I was told that I could transfer anyway after working for 2 months for my current sponsor, is that true?
