I am in US on H1B visa, which is valid until Oct-2013.
I am working for Org-A, which is an intermediate level. Recently, it got acquired by Org-B, which is one of the US biggest IT vendor companies. From 1st week of Oct-2012, I will be effectively working for Org-B. Org-B has started filing of H1B petition amendments of all employees of Org-A(not in premium processing).
But, I have an offer ready with another Org-C. Org-C is a START-UP. There are two partners in it, but not on pay-role yet. If I join Org-C, I will become the first employee of Org-C. Before I can join Org-C, I want to know how difficult/ease is it, to get H1 transfer to a startup and that too I am the first employee over there? Does the acquisition hamper/affect my H1 transfer to this startup Org-C. Org-C is ready to process my H1 in PREMIUM.
