I changed my job from company A to company B. I had filed for my H1B1 visa transfer and I received a RSE. As my H1 visa transfer filing of petition got delayed by my lawyer, my most recent pay stub was not sent(the lawyer forgot to ask me and include in the petition).......now the INS wants my most recent pay stub from my previous employer..........my lawyer says we should send the check as well, which accidently I have misplaced........are pay stubs not enuff??.......has anyone else been asked for both the checks and the pay stubs as well??.......please advise
