H1 Visa Transfer and Travel

Hi Guys,

I have an urgent question and I would really appreciate your help on this.

I work for a company (Company A) in the US under H1 Visa. I have accepted an offer from another company (Company B). Once I give notice of termination to Company A, and my visa is under "Transfer Status" with Company B, Can I go to India and come back?

PS: Currently, my passport has H1B Stamped with Company A's name on it.

Reg Travel with transfer

I am also kind of in the same situation.I applied for the transfer and got the papers just after 1 week I travelled outside the country.So when I came inside the officer asked whether I am still with the old company and I said Yes.I came in but I need to travel out again next month.
So pls help my case
Q)Can I enter in with my previous stamping whose validity is until 2007

Q)If I say my visa is transfered can I still enter using my old stamping?
