Hi,
my first H1 and I-94 expired on Feb 2003. I joined another company in April 2001 and I have a new I-94 for that comapny till April 2004. But my passport still does not have the stamping to reflect that. Should I send my passport to INS for to get it stamped for my current company?
If yes anybody has any idea how many days it takes?
