H1 Visa Stamping, Need Suggestions

Hi,

I got my H1 Approved in September 2005, I did my MS here and my OPT expires on Feb 28 2006, I am planning to get H1 Visa stamping before that, Right now i am working in Texas. So please suggest me the best country to go for Stamping (Canada or Mexico) and also the best place in that country.

There is nothing called "best" or "worst" country/consulate for visa stamping. depening on how lucky you are; you will be stamped at world's worst consulate or may be rejected at world's best consulate. However there is nothing known as "best" or "worst" in this case. carry all required paperwork/documentation/certificates while going for stamping. if your case is not complicated, you should be fine.
