Hello, I am a Physician on a H1 visa from India
I want to go to India to visit my family (daughters and wife)
My H1 visa stamp has expired though I am on status. I understand I have to get it stamped in India, mumbai
When i try to schedule an appointment I get the next available date as August and when I try Emergency appointment (Which i think I qualify as working in the USA) the next date available is MArch, however it does not allow me to schedule for May or June when i want to go..
Is there a way to schedule an emergency appointment at that time... I am trying this online...
Do I qualify for Emergency Appointment ?
I would really appreciate any help in this regard
