H1 visa stamping after L1 visa

Hi :

I work in India for Company A and going for Company A L1 stamping asap. Meanwhile Company B in US is processing my H1 and expecting H1 papers within 20 days. I like to know will there be any issue if I go for H1 stamping after L1 stamping? What will happen to L1 visa stamp after H1 visa stamping?

Once you get H1 your L1 is no longer valid.
