First, I had setup an appointment to get my H-1 stamped at Vancouver Canada but they cancelled my appointment and left a message on my answering machine stating that " we cannot process your case at this time. Please go back to your home country and apply there"
I setup appointment again after a month in Mexico but ended up with the same message.
Now the only option is to go to Pakistan and apply. I do not know how to setup an appointment in advance and do not know what the risk is if I applied in Islamabad, Pakistan.
I have been working on this H-1 for a little over a year and I work for Motorola. Do I have a strong case if I take all required documents and they see that I am already working and setteled?
Please HELP as I plan to travel in a month or so. (travel Reason, get married, get H-1 and H4 Stamped.
