H1 visa stamp denied

Hi All,

My brother went for his new H1 visa interview at the Delhi consulate and was denied with section 221g. They are asking for the following info:

1. W2s of other employees
2. Major contracts
3. Past 3 year Tax returns
4. Quarterly employee tax filings
5. Bank statements.
6 Company photos

Are they checking for company\'s existence or financial stability. It\'s a new company and they have just one employee that they just hired. They have few signed contracts to show. Will that be enough or should the employer show his personal finances.

I work for a small company too and therefore am interested to know what the outcome was to the Delhi consulate's decision.

Did your brother provide the documents they asked for and was he able to prove financial stability of the firm
