H1 Visa Stamp Appointment in Canada

Hello:

My husband and I are trying to get our visa stamped in Montreal Canada, and have been trying to get an appoinment time slot from nvars.com, it seems very tough to get one and the time slots are all booked up.

Both of us have H1, and I am wondering whether we can book one appointment and have another as the dependent. So that we can go together.
