H1 Visa Revalidation @ St. louis - Question

Hi All,

I'm applying for my Visa revalidation at St. louis office, I have a question before making my answer to on the DS-156 form for the question "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?"

I work for a different employer and my Green card is being sponsored by a different company for whom also I was working before. I had applied my I-485 on 25th March 2003. However after 3 months of filing my I-485, the green card sponsoring company is out of business.

Now as more than a year has been passed filing my I-485, I'm working out for the possibilities to use AC21 portability.

So now how should I make my reply to the DS-156 question "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?"

You have to say Yes and give your GC sponcering company name. Thats all. I had the same situation as you have.

My visa issued and now in Print Q at DC.

how can we track the status of revalidation.....like you say that
your case is in print Q @ DC.

DC office # 202-663-1225 option 1 & 0

After sending your application to SL. You have to see your MO cashed or not, then wait for a week and call DC office and mention as you sent your passport before 2 months, then rep. will ask your passport no give her and she will tell when they received.

From that day you have to wait for 90/120 days. to get your passport stampped.

after 80days call the same # and ask for the details. Some time they will provide or some times they won't thats depends on the reps. mood.
