H1 visa Revalidation or entry on AP.

Hello,

I am planning to travel to India. I have H1 extensions approved till 2006 and I also have AP till end of 2005. I am planning to continue to work on my H1 and my previous visa has expired. Do I need to revalidate my H1 or can I use the AP to return and still continue to work on H1 after returning.

I hope that someone with a similar experience will be able to help me on this.

FYI- some of my friends had problems recently revalidating H1B in India. This is because their names were found similar to some list USCIS has[ i guess related to terrorist list]. These folks have been asked to stay back in India until their names are cleared.

Using AP dosent invalidate H1B so I would use AP instead of revalidating H1B.
