H1 visa revalidation options

Hi all,

I am traveling to india in Feb end and am planning to get my H1 renewal stamped in Delhi. The previous visa stamp i have is the F1 since I have not left the country for the last 3 years. I recently received my renewal for the H1.

Do you think I will have a problem since I do not have the first H1 stamp in my passport?

Would anyone know if I can use a drop box or if I will need to go thru an interview?

I would really appreciate any information and anyone sharing their experiences on this topic.

Highly unlikely.

Even if you had the 1st H1 on the PP, there's a good chance for a PAR call.
