H1 visa revalidation - basic question

I need to sent my passport, etc to St.Louis for visa revalidation.

My question is, Will there be a problem if the return address on the prepaid air bill (fedex) and the address on the I797 form are different?.

It wont be a problem , Address on Notice of Action is mostly your employer\'s address. have done visa revalidation previously with out problem.

Process to revalidate H1 at St. Louis

Hi all, The original H1 stamp in my passport expired on 30th Sept. 01. I have a new H1 transfer valid till 2004. What is the process to revalidate my H1 at St. Louis? Which papers do I need to send? I have applied for 485 in July 01. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
