I'm currently on my 7th year of H1 (extension). My status was extended and I plan to travel to Chennai for vacation.
Could you please post your experience on getting the H1 stamped at the Chennai consulate. Are there any complications due to my being in the 7th year or due to my having filed my Labor Certification (RIR)?
Is it difficult to get an appointment? Has the approval process been reasonably predictable?
